Continued use of the Tippo Service after the Effective Date means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Tippo Service.

Eligibility for Using the Tippo Service To create a Tippo Account and use the Tippo Service, you must be of legal age and authorized by law to enter into an agreement with us. If you're using the ​Tippo Service on behalf of a business or group, you must have the authority to agree to these Terms.

If you're under legal age, you may use the Tippo Service only with parental or guardian consent. They must review and discuss these Terms with you and agree to be responsible for your actions ​on Tippo platforms.

The Tippo Service is for personal use only.

By using the Tippo App, you confirm your acceptance of the Terms, Privacy Policy, Politics Free Zone Policy, Group Guidelines, and other related guidelines or instructions ("Additional Policies"). ​These can be found on the Tippo Platform. We may update these Additional Policies, and your continued use implies acceptance of changes.

You also agree that we may modify or remove features of the Tippo Service, which may not be available in all areas or on certain devices.

We may report suspected illegal activities to authorities and cooperate with them.

Creating Your Tippo Account To use Tippo, create a Tippo Account. Provide accurate information and update us promptly about changes by emailing support@tippo.chat. We may request ​additional information if needed. Impersonation or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.

You're responsible for all activities on your Tippo Account. Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may disable your Tippo Account for violations or misuse.

You can link your Tippo account to Social Media Accounts. Review their Privacy Settings and Notices regarding data collection and use.

To delete your Tippo Account and cease using the Tippo Service, email support@tippo.chat. Deleted accounts can't be reactivated, and content can't be recovered.

The Rights We Grant You When You Use Tippo

We provide you with a personal, global, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and utilize the Tippo Service.

You are not permitted to duplicate, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Tippo Service. Additionally, you cannot attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of any software used on ​the Tippo Service.

Guidelines for Content Creation and Distribution by Users

Tippo enables you to generate, share, and distribute content through live streams or Tippo Clips. It's crucial for you to understand the rights you grant us. Please review these guidelines carefully. If you ​have any queries, reach out to us at support@tippo.chat.

Your Contribution

When you use the Tippo Service to live stream, create content, comment, chat, or contribute in any way ("Contributions"), you retain ownership of the intellectual property and other proprietary rights ​related to the Contribution. Contributions may include text, video, audio, images, comments, and more.

By making your Contribution available on the Tippo Platform, it may be viewed by other Tippo users (unless privately streamed) and is considered non-confidential.

You are solely responsible for your Contribution. Therefore, you agree not to take legal action against us and release us (and our directors, officers, employees, and contractors) from any claims, ​damages, liability, or responsibility related to your Contribution.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, limit access to, pre-screen, or delete your Contribution at any time and for any reason without notice. We may also investigate alleged violations of ​the Terms or Additional Policies and take appropriate action.

Additionally, we may remove, block, or manage access to any Contribution that excessively burdens the Tippo service system.

We do not guarantee the success of your Contribution. You understand that reactions from other Tippo users may not align with your expectations, and Tippo is not responsible for any user commentary ​or reactions.

You confirm that:

(a) Your Contribution and our right to use it will not infringe on the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights.

(b) You are the rightful owner of the Contribution or have the right to distribute it on Tippo and grant us the rights outlined in these Terms.

(c) If your Contribution includes identifiable individuals, you have their written consent to share it on Tippo and grant us the rights described in these Terms and Additional Policies.

(d) Your Contribution is not deceptive or misleading.

(e) Your Contribution does not violate our guidelines on unauthorized advertising, spam, or other prohibited content.

(f) Your Contribution is not offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

(g) Your Contribution does not promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

(h) Your Contribution complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

(i) Your Contribution does not target or exploit minors in any inappropriate manner.

(j) Your Contribution does not include offensive comments related to protected characteristics.

(k) Your Contribution does not promote gambling, investment schemes, or unauthorized solicitations.

(l) Your Contribution does not violate laws regarding child pornography or minors' well-being.

The Rights You Grant Us

By using the Tippo Service to create, post, share, or distribute your contribution, you grant us and our affiliates the following rights:

(a) A perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, publish, perform, and distribute your contribution on Tippo platforms, including for promotional ​purposes.

(b) A perpetual license to promote, exhibit, broadcast, and publicly perform your Contribution on Tippo Platforms.

(c) If your Contribution includes identifiable individuals, you have their written consent to share it on Tippo and grant us the rights described in these Terms and Additional Policies.

(d) Your Contribution is not deceptive or misleading.

(e) Your Contribution does not violate our guidelines on unauthorized advertising, spam, or other prohibited content.

(f) Your Contribution is not offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

(g) Your Contribution does not promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

(h) Your Contribution complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Rights You Grant Us

By using the Tippo Service to create, post, share, or distribute your contribution, you grant us and our affiliates the following rights:

(a) A perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, publish, perform, and distribute your contribution on Tippo platforms, including for promotional ​purposes.

(b) A perpetual license to promote, exhibit, broadcast, and publicly perform your Contribution on Tippo Platforms.

(c) A perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use your name, voice, likeness, and/or biographical characteristics associated with your Contribution for promotional, ​advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes.

Tippo Clips

When using the Tippo Service, you acknowledge and agree that portions of your live-streamed Contribution and/or your comments during other users' live streams may be recorded via Tippo Clips. ​These recordings will be stored on the user's device and may be used by them.

You warrant that the use of Tippo Clips by users to record portions of your Contribution and their subsequent use complies with third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

Third-Party Content

Content on the Tippo Service is primarily created by other users ("Tippo Users"). You agree that the content's creator is solely responsible for its availability on Tippo. All Tippo Users must adhere to ​these Terms and Additional Policies. If you observe any violations, please contact us at support@tippo.chat.

Contributions from Tippo Users do not reflect Tippo's views. We do not assume liability for any actions resulting from viewing such contributions. Your use of the Tippo Service exposes you to various ​content, and you assume associated risks.

Things to Avoid in Tippo

When you're using Tippo, it's important to steer clear of certain activities:

(a) Avoid pretending to be someone else, using unauthorized usernames, or misrepresenting your affiliation.

(b) Refrain from engaging in any illegal activities while using Tippo.

(c) Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to other computer systems connected to Tippo.

(d) Do not collect data or content from Tippo without explicit permission from us.

(e) Do not gather usernames or emails without consent, create accounts under false pretenses, or use automated methods to collect data.

(f) Avoid tampering with Tippo's security features, linking to Tippo in unauthorized ways, or disabling security measures.

(g) Make sure not to mislead us or other users, especially when it comes to sensitive information like passwords.

(h) Do not abuse our support services or submit false reports.

(i) Refrain from using scripts or automated tools to spam comments or messages on Tippo.

(j) Avoid overloading or disrupting Tippo's systems or connected networks.

(k) Do not sell or transfer your Tippo profile to others.

(l) Do not use Tippo's information to harm others or violate their rights.

(m) Do not engage in any activities that compete with Tippo using unauthorized methods.

(n) Do not attempt to decipher or manipulate Tippo's code or bypass its security measures.

(o) Avoid harassing or threatening other Tippo users or our staff members.

(p) Do not remove copyright notices from Tippo's content or copy/modify its software code.

(q) Refrain from posting or transmitting harmful software or content on Tippo.

(r) Do not use information-gathering tools like cookies or gifs on Tippo without permission.

(s) Do not use automated systems on Tippo without authorization.

(t) Avoid posting any illegal materials or violating Tippo's acceptable use policies.

(u) Do not disrupt others' use of Tippo or engage in spamming activities.

(v) Make sure to comply with Tippo's acceptable use policies, internet standards, and applicable laws at all times.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on Tippo, you have the option to contact the user directly or file a Copyright Infringement Report with us at support@tippo.chat. Please include your ​information, proof of copyright ownership, details of the infringement, and any supporting materials in your report.

Politics-Free Zone Policy

We maintain a politics-free environment on Tippo. Please refrain from engaging in political activities, advertisements, campaigns, or expressing political opinions on the platform. If you are a political ​candidate, avoid using Tippo for political activities during your campaign period.

Privacy

Your privacy is a priority for us. Take a moment to review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and data when you use Tippo.

Virtual Items

You have the option to purchase Coins or Gifts on Tippo, but ensure that you use them lawfully and do not attempt to sell them. Please note that the value of Virtual Items is determined by us and cannot ​be exchanged for real money. Once you purchase or transfer Gifts, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. We reserve the right to deduct Coins obtained fraudulently and may cancel them if you ​violate our Terms. Prices and rates for Virtual Items are set by us and may be subject to change.

Users conducting User Campaigns are solely responsible for compliance with ​these guidelines, obtaining necessary permits, consents, and licenses, and ensuring proper implementation and prize distribution.

Shop Tippo Users Terms

Shop Tippo within the Tippo Service allows you to purchase goods/items ("Products") or avail services ("Services") from accredited Sellers. It's important to note that while we provide the platform, we ​are not the actual seller or provider unless otherwise specified. By purchasing Products or Services via Shop Tippo, you agree to our Terms, guidelines, rules, policies, and instructions, subject to any ​amendments we may make.

Order Placement

When purchasing tickets, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including ticket price, taxes, and applicable fees. Payment is due immediately upon ticket ​purchase.

Event Availability and Restrictions

Event Changes and Refunds

In the event of an Event rescheduling, your ticket will remain valid for the new schedule. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event for any reason, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days ​from the announcement of the new schedule.
